Product Information: We sell both machine-made and handmade rugs. Some of our souvenirs are handmade, while others are not. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. However, due to variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different in person.
Order Processing: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. In case of any delays or issues with your order, you will be notified via email.
Shipping: We do not offer worldwide shipping. We ship to a few countries, including the UK, EU, USA, Japan, Canada, And The Australia. Free shipping is available within the United States Only, except for APO, FPO, HI, and AL addresses. Shipping delivery times range from 7 to 15 days.
Returns and Exchanges: Customers have 3 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is not stored by us.
